The following Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between TeePee Magic (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the Client (“Hirer” or “you”). Please review these terms carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order via email or phone, the Hirer agrees to all terms within this Agreement. The Company will keep a copy of the signed booking form or hire agreement for records and provide a copy to the Hirer upon request. An unsigned agreement does not invalidate the Agreement’s terms.
3. Deposit and Booking
To confirm a booking, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures the event date and theme and will be applied to the final party cost.
4. Cancellation
The $50 deposit is non-refundable. However, if you reschedule within 90 days of the original event date, it may be transferred to a new booking. For cancellations, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than one week before the event. Failure to pay the balance within this period will result in event cancellation. The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery if the balance is not received by the delivery date, and additional delivery fees may apply if rescheduling is necessary.
6. Security Bond
A $100 bond is required, unless otherwise agreed upon. This bond will be refunded within 48 hours of Equipment return, minus any charges for lost, damaged, or missing items. The Hirer is liable to pay TeePee Magic the difference if the replacement costs exceed the bond. An invoice will be issued, payable within seven days.

Please ensure ample room and a clean, safe area for the teepees. Accurate room measurements are the Client’s responsibility. Approximate teepee dimensions are:
8. Rental Delivery and Return
The Company will deliver Equipment at a pre-agreed time, at least three hours before the event start. An adult must be present during setup and pack-up. Free delivery is available within 30km of Norwest; a travel surcharge may apply beyond this radius. The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings if the 50% deposit is not received five days before the event or as otherwise specified in the booking form.
9. Hire Charges and Postponements
Standard hire charges cover a 24-hour period unless specified otherwise. If the Equipment cannot be returned or picked up as agreed, additional charges may apply. Postponements may incur cancellation charges.
10. Use of Equipment
The Hirer must verify all Equipment against the booking agreement upon delivery and notify TeePee Magic immediately of any discrepancies or damage. The Hirer assumes liability for any loss or damage to Equipment during the hire period. For repairs or replacement, the Hirer must not attempt fixes without Company authorization. If a problem occurs, contact TeePee Magic promptly; unauthorized repair attempts will incur additional fees.
11. Setup and Positioning of Equipment
The Hirer is responsible for ensuring adequate space is prepared. If setup is included in the booking, the Company will arrange and dismantle the Equipment per product descriptions. The Hirer must specify the Equipment’s setup location. While the Company will exercise care, no liability is accepted for accidental site-related damage during setup or takedown.
12. Collection of Equipment
If pickup is included in the booking, the Hirer must be present at the agreed-upon time and location. Additional hire fees may apply if the Hirer is not available for collection. The Company will dismantle and pack the Equipment at collection.
13. Damage, Loss, or Theft
Damaged, lost, or stolen Equipment will incur full replacement costs. Extra cleaning charges may apply if items are excessively soiled (e.g., stained or drawn on). All Equipment is thoroughly sanitized between hires.
14. Liability
TeePee Magic is not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred during the event. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to supervise guests and ensure safe use of Equipment, especially for children under 3.
15. Insurance
The Hirer assumes insurance responsibility during the Hire Period. Any lost, broken, or damaged Equipment will be charged to the Hirer at full replacement value.
16. Liability to Third Parties
The Company assumes no liability for claims of personal injury, property damage, or other third-party losses arising during the hire period.
17. Allergies
TeePee Magic is not liable for allergic reactions or medical incidents. It is the Client’s responsibility to verify any guest allergies, including items provided in snack boxes.
18. Environment
The Hirer must ensure a smoke-free environment for the duration of the event. Pets, shoes, makeup, and food are not allowed in the teepee tents, and additional fees may apply for soiled items. The party area must be clean before setup.
19. Photography
TeePee Magic reserves the right to use photos from your event for promotional purposes. You may request the removal of specific images via email or social media.
20. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for cancellation due to unforeseen events, including natural disasters, transportation delays, or other acts of God. In these rare cases, the Client will receive a full refund, except for the non-refundable booking fee.
In case of public health orders or legislation prohibiting the event, TeePee Magic will cancel services and refund the final payment, but the booking fee remains non-refundable.
