We don’t stay to host, but we handle the complete setup and offer a range of fun party add-ons to enhance your event. Details of add-ons can be found here.
Delivery and collection are included for clients in the Hills District. For locations outside this area, a small additional fee applies; please contact us for a specific quote.
Our setups are for one night only! We’ll set everything up in the afternoon and return to collect it the following day. For bookings or inquiries, please contact us directly!

Each teepee requires approximately 1.2m in width by 1.8m in length. Breakfast tables and extra space for movement are also recommended.
We’ll arrive before your event to complete the setup and will return the next day for pack-up. Exact times are confirmed upon booking.
For five teepees, setup takes around 1.5 hours. Please ensure the space is clear before our team arrives.
You can add extras during online checkout or specify them when booking by phone.
Your $100 damage deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the event, minus any repair costs if applicable.
